Conveniently located in the center of downtown Royal Oak, my office is in the Knowles Professional Building. The building is located directly behind the Royal Oak Courthouse building in the southeast corner of the Farmer's Market parking lot, not on
Knowles Street proper. Due to the unique location of my building, neither GPS nor internet mapping are useful. I highly recommend printing these directions & bringing them as a guide for your first visit!
From I75: Take the 11 Mile Road Exit. Head west to Troy Street, one block before Main Street in downtown Royal Oak. Turn left on Troy. Turn left into the first driveway entrance to the Municipal/Farmer's Market parking lot. Go forward passing the courthouse building on your right, make a right directly behind the courthouse. My building is the second, large white house on your left, and is located directly behind the courthouse building. There is a wooden trellis over the walkway to the building, the number on the house is 217. You can park for free directly in front of my building.
You will enter the one, main waiting room for the entire building when you walk in the front door. There is no receptionist, and it's not necessary to come find my office. Just have a seat, and I will come get you at our agreed upon appointment time.
From 696: Take the Woodward Avenue/Detroit Zoo exit. Come to Main Street and head north one mile to 11 Mile Road. Turn right and go past the first light, Troy Street. Turn right into the second driveway into the municipal parking lot, marked as Knowles. Go forward until you have to make a slight right and then left, to get behind the Royal Oak Courthouse building. Then follow underlined directions above.
From Woodward Ave: Come to 11 Mile Road and head East. Pass Main Street, and then Troy St. Turn right into the second driveway into the municipal parking lot. Go forward until you have to make a slight right and then left, to get behind the Royal Oak Courthouse building. Then follow underlined directions above.
